Luxury Real Estates Turned Mass Housing
Many failed development projects that the government has taken over are being turned into mass housing for the less fortunate, people who may not have been able to avail of homes if not for government assistance programs. There is however a good chance that those very homes may be in jeopardy for as statistics show, more and more people are facing foreclosure due to the current economic conditions. Jobs are still being lost as the world continues to suffer from the recession and with that, the ability to maintain their homes through their prompt mortgage payments.
